The great 'let go'
Learn how to use the ‘yoga tune up balls’ to ease pain and discomfort, improve posture and enhance performance. We use Yoga Tune Up therapy balls and myofascial release techniques to roll out and release muscles and the surrounding connective tissue in an effort to calm the nervous system, reduce tension, ease pain, increase mobility, and bring the body back into balance.
August 24th - We work sequentially releasing tension from the upper back, neck and shoulders. targeting all those spots that get sore from computer work and giving you the tools to manage your tension at home.
August 31st- Lower body concentrates on releasing through the gluteus, TFL, hamstrings and low back. Warning: you may feel snoozy and like marshmallow after.
Balls will be available for purchase so you can continue self care at home.
