All of our classes are suitable for beginner students, however, we recommend beginners and newer practitioners start with our Basics, Centred or Aligned classes, regardless of your fitness level. These classes help you to build your foundations gradually and safely, with a focus on instruction and alignment. Yoga is all about your personal journey on the mat, we have a ‘do what you can’ philosophy learning to read and understand your needs that shift daily and over the course of our lifetimes.
