Do you watch others gracefully handstand and wish to do the same? Handstands are so much more than just standing on your hands. It's a place to confront your fears, let go over overly trying to control things and find a new perspective.
We have broken down the workshops 1.0 is for the beginner wanting to know where to start and how to build a solid foundation (please note this is not 2hrs on your hands!)
Handstands 2.0 is for those of you confidently kicking up to the wall or middle of the room and want to progress your practice and try new shapes, entry and refine your balance.
