What do I need to bring? The most challenging part about yoga is getting yourself to the mat! So we provide the mats, you just turn up in stretchy clothes that are good to move in, and an open mind. Our studio is beautifully light filled with wooden floors, high ceiling and so quiet.
Studio etiquette Please arrive 10min prior to class start time to avoid disrupting the rest of the class starting on time. Turn all mobile devises off before entering, leave shoes and belongings in the cubby holes provided.
Door locked Once the class starts the door is locked for security purposes and respect for the practice. Please arrive early to avoid disappointment.
